BREAKFEST AND COMFORT
BATHROOMS NEED UPDATED CHALKING LOOSE THROUGHOUT..
-
Room was nice and clean quiet place
No hot water to shower
-
The head boards were filthy. We tried to scrub it but it still couldn't come off..it was gross. The breakfast made us sick. We found things in our room that had been there a long time and Noone cleaned it. Just wasn't a good place clean wise.
-
Breakfast was good, staff friendly.
Pool closed, location was pretty bad.
-
Breakfast and the bed were fine
We were disappointed the pool was closed "by the Dearborn County Health Department"! Also, we stayed over a weekend and the shower would be hot for only a few minutes and then turn icy cold. On Monday morning it was fine.
-
hot water did not work -----took cold showers two days in a row. were told they were working on it.
-
bed was comfortable breakfast was good
The rooms are in need of some 'facelifts', looking very used. They did not have hot water for the 7:30am showers :(

Clean rooms
Breakfast wasn't that great, food was tasteless!
-
Good location to food and casino, easy on and off road.
Kind of run down. The pool water was very hazy and the area was chilly. The room towels were thin. Suggest better signage, it was hard to find.
-
Rooms and lobby were very clean. Refrigerator in room was icy cold. Large offering at breakfast buffet. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Parking nice and close to the rooms so no lugging baggage any great distance. Close to Lawrenceburg casino and the very pretty downtown area.
Chair at the desk in our room was missing a wheel. Side entrance still opens to anyone even though there is a slot for key card entrance which doesn't seem to be necessary. Some real eggs instead of powdered would be so much better at the breakfast bar. The pancake machine seems to be out of order a majority of the time.
-
it was close to casino
they overbooked suite but didnt tell us.charged us the same price until we got to our room and noticed we didnt have the suite we booked 2 weeks in advance . refunded us 80 bucks out of 200.. there was absolutely no hot water, tried 3 times to get a warm shower and was unsuccessful each time .. pretty ridiculous for a fancy hotel

Breakfast was great
Housekeeping kept bugging us knocking multiple times on the door to clean prior to checkout time.

The breakfast and coffee was good.
The blond girl at the front desk, the night we checked in and the morning we checked out. She never smiled and she was rude, as if we were bothering her. I also slipped on the shower curtain, which was lying on the bottom of the tub. It was too long. That is very dangerous. I fell onto the side of the tub and I am still hurting from it. The tub also had what looked like blood on the wall, up by the shower head. That was gross! The room smelled, too. It was the worst Holiday Inn experience I have ever had, and we have had a few. Our friend said that his shower curtain was too long, also. And at all the Holiday Inn's where we have stayed, except for this one, we were able to get free bottled water from the front desk. This time, the blond girl at the front desk frowningly told me that there are vending machines. She did not roll her eyes, but she had that kind of attitude. We will not be staying there, next time.

Breakfast was fantastic
They skipped the last night of cleaning my room. I got in late that night so I didn't bring it up. I was not pleased at all.
